Orders and payment
An order receipt confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline it. Payment options supported include integrated UPI services, domestic and international Credit/Debit Cards, and Secure Net Banking. Corporate clients must submit their valid GSTIN at checkout to ensure input tax credits are properly filed.

Shipping and delivery
- Shipments are dispatched across India through authorized logistics partners to physical addresses.
- Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Unexpected logistical hurdles may cause minor delays.
- We cannot be held responsible for transit failures caused by inaccurate address mapping or structural lockdowns.
- Ownership and the risk of physical loss transfer to the consignee the moment the parcel is signed at receipt.

Returns, refunds and warranty
Our operations are backed by strict return windows and manufacturer frameworks. Please review our Refund policy in full prior to requesting cancellations.
- Products must be returned strictly unused, intact, and inside the original branded packaging.
- Software, specialized digital licenses, and custom-cut physical AV cables are non-returnable.
- All technical claims of hardware malfunction fall directly under the manufacturer's brand warranty.
- Approved refunds are credited to the source payment method within 7-10 working bank days.

Acceptable use
- Engaging in fraudulent transactions, malicious code injections, or trying to compromise site database nodes is illegal.
- The usage of automated scrapers, crawling spiders, or deep-link parsing scripts on our server clusters is prohibited.
- You may not upload, publish, or transmit any material that is offensive, defaming, or structurally harmful.

These operational policies, alongside any structural product agreements, are governed directly under the laws of the Republic of India. Any litigation, dispute, or compliance filing originating from your portal interaction falls under the exclusive legal jurisdiction of courts at Gurugram, Haryana.
